We strongly recommended that you inform your client that they will be contacted by a qualified mortgage and finance broker from NCH Loans Australia.  

You will also be able to monitor and view the progress of your client's application within Loankit.

Q5 WILL I RECEIVE REFERAL FEES FROM NCH LOANS AUSTRALIA?

Yes! Generous referal fees are paid by NCH Loans Australia to each of our registered referrers.

Referral fees are also clearly descripted within our national version of our Finance Broking Contract which is provided to each prospective client within their initial consultation.

Mortgage lending referal fees are standardised and calculated on total loan amount. RCTI's are automatically raised upon your behalf with an emailed remittance advice provided and accompanying referral payments made.

Referral fees for all lending types other than mortgage lending are to be negotiated on a case by case basis and at the discretion of NCH Loans Australia.

Q6 WHAT SHOULD I TELL MY CLIENT ABOUT REFERRING THEIR FINANCE NEEDS?

You are required to tell your client about referring their needs by informing your client that you will be passing their details onto a certified mortgage and finance broker from NCH Loans Australia.

You will also need to inform your client that where a settlement occurs you will receive a commission from NCH Loans Australia. 

You should also inform your client that this service will come at no cost to them.
